BNHJ-III tenderizer is designed for tenderizing meat after injection. Needle-shaped knife cuts meat muscle and tendons (as well as the frozen cut steaks) to get a larger internal surface to seek a quick and well brine distribution; it shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality. The machine adopts stepping drive system; the cutting depth is adjustable. The knife shaft is easy to operate and clean.
